PAYMENT PLAN SCHEDULE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY:
NOTE: Initial Deposit is $250 and Final Payment Due No Later Than August 5, 2024.
OPTION A – Initial Deposit of $250 plus the following monthly payment in the amount of $450 each on the following dates: August 5, September 5, October 5, November 5, December 5 in 2023 and January 5, February 5, March 5, April 5, May 5, June 5, July 5 in 2024 plus $349 on August 5, 2024.
OPTION B – Initial Deposit of $250 plus the following four quarterly payments in the amount of $1,350 due on October 5 in 2023, January 5, April 5, July 5 in 2024 plus $349 on August 5, 2024.
Both OPTION A and OPTION B can be made payable by cash, check or money order (or a combination thereof).
OPTION C – Initial Deposit of $250 plus credit card payment or PayPal payment every three months in the amount of $1,350 with a four (4%) percent surcharge plus $349 on August 5, 2024.
OPTION D – Initial Deposit of $250 plus credit card payment of any amount based on monthly payments of $450 with a four (4%) percent surcharge on each credit card payment or PayPal payment plus $349 on August 5, 2024.

OPTION B – Initial Deposit of $250 plus the following four quarterly payments in the amount of $1,500 due on October 5, 2023, January 5, April 5 and July 5, plus $749 on August 5, 2024.
Both OPTION A and OPTION B can be made payable by cash, check or money order (or a combination thereof).
OPTION C – Initial Deposit of $250 plus credit card payment or PayPal payment every three months in the amount of $1,500 with a four (4%) percent surcharge plus $749 on August 5, 2024.
